The soft golden sands set the scene for hours of fun and provide a golden backdrop to many other seaside activities and attractions including: boat trips, Bournemouth and Boscombe Piers, amusement arcades and a land train that runs along the seafront.

Throughout the year, Bournemouth plays host to an impressive pageant of festivals and events. Most are free of charge and all add yet more colour, excitement and panache to Britain's favourite resort.
