Serious Play, Leisure And Teambuilding covers a multitude of activities but what sets us apart is our imaginative approach. 

Without revealing too much, our themed teambuilding days offer more than team building; our treasure hunts are more than treasure hunts and our murder mysteries more than murder mysteries.

  • Firstly they are fun.

  • Secondly they are taxing mentally and sometimes physically.

  • Thirdly and most importantly they are yours.

Because at SPLAT we don’t simply take an activity off the shelf; we write it with you in mind. The more we know about you - who you are, what you do, what you hope to achieve from us – the more your chosen activity will be personalised.

We also have a number of templates that we can adapt to suit your needs – templates that have been tried and tested and proved to be successful – but we shall always personalise them.

Teambuilding is a major tool in corporate development and progress and there are many companies offering events that are designed to improve relations in the workplace, approaches to business tasks and answer many corporate requirements.

We are proud of our reputation as an organisation to which companies come when they have experienced regular team building events and are looking for something different.

Our writers and facilitators listen to your requirements, assess your needs, and produce a proposal, always reserving the secret ingredients that make our events special.
