Teams at Play uses games and interactive exercises to increase Camaraderie and communication, unleashing your team’s potential and accelerating the community-building process. You’ll have fun, learn about yourselves and get to know each other and get in the mindset of collaboration. These engaging, fun-filled team-building programs serve wonderfully as morale boosters, rewards, celebrations, client appreciation or corporate entertainment.

So why is "play" such a wonderful learning tool?

It’s involving. The best way to learn new skills is through action -- actually doing things.

It’s Safe. Play offers participants a safe environment in which to explore, risk, try new ideas and make mistakes without the threat of termination or castigation.

Team Dynamics. Team play is a means by which the dynamics of a group may be evaluated in a controlled environment.

Self-Awareness. Just as a team can be evaluated in a controlled play environment, so too can a team’s individual members

Building Trust. As team members become more familiar with their teammates, sharpen their awareness of team dynamics, and begin to understand where they fit into the team, everyone becomes more comfortable.

The Value of the Team. Team play is an excellent tool for convincing the sceptics of the value of teamwork.

Pleasure. Studies have shown that there is a direct correlation between pleasure and productivity.
