Welcome to Splat (Serious Play, Leisure and Teambuilding). We are experts in compiling and presenting Treasure Hunts and can provide you with anything you require, anywhere in this country or elsewhere.

Our treasure hunts are written especially for you and can therefore include any extra information you would like, in order to connect them to your business, your conference or to individuals.

Treasure hunts can be used as a fun tool for marketing research, to familiarise your staff with towns and areas, to engender publicity, or just for fun and relaxation after a conference or meeting.

We can introduce you to Art, to Architecture, to shops, pubs and restaurants, without your having to visit the venues yourselves. We can select hotels and even set the treasure hunts in hotels, select restaurants and organise travel arrangements.

All our treasure hunts include rest-stops, photo-challenges, scavenge lists and enigmatic questions. They are fun and they are taxing. They encourage team-work and teambuilding. They can include tasks, mysteries, history and red herrings.

Our treasure hunts can be linked to all other teambuilding activities, on land or water, on foot or in vehicles, on roads or over land. Murder mysteries and role- play situations are also possible as is theming to link them to dates which are important to your company.

Our treasure hunts can last an hour or a day or several days. Since we write all our own events, we remain totally flexible. For instance, if you would prefer to run your own in-house treasure hunt, we can write it for you.

International Treasure Hunts

Because of increasing costs in this country, many companies are now using European destinations for their conferences. Travel is cheaper (it is cheaper to go to Paris than Manchester at the moment) hotels are cheaper and food and ambiance are more interesting.

Multi-national companies are finding it more and more convenient to fly in their employees to a common European destination for their conferences. To accommodate a developing response for team tasks we have been running events in several major European destinations. 

We can offer Treasure Hunts in popular international centres such as Paris,
Amsterdam, Brussels, Barcelona, Prague and Lisbon, and are happy to quote for warmer and further flung destinations.

All of the above-mentioned information applies to our International Treasure Hunts and Teambuilding activities. We are not a large company but have considerable resources and expertise, and by employing freelance instructors we continue to keep our overheads low and our prices competitive.
